  (Oviedo) Funciones: You will be responsible for talent sourcing for key roles and developing our talent pipeline. You will be aligned to key business units and functions and partner with the Recruiters and other stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies. -Supporting the delivery of priority searches by identifying, contacting & selecting the strongest candidates & producing a viable candidate long list. -Represent IFF to the highest standard. -Actively participate in designing the search strategy with the recruiter and the hiring team. -Develop strong knowledge of relevant candidate pools in EMEA and US to advise on talent sourcing strategies. -Drive identification of candidates in external talent mapping projects for critical / hard to fill roles within EMEA and US region. -Attend intake sessions & provide progress updates. -Apply direct search / networking methodology to identify talent within limited and / or specific candidate pools. -Effectively leverage social media tools to source talent. -Conduct preliminary phone interviews (screenings / networking) with sourced candidates. -Comply with all employment legal regulations. -May support other recruiting team activities in EMEA & NA regions. Requisitos: -Fluent English, additional languages would be advantageous. -Graduate degree or equivalent. -The preferred candidate will be experienced at talent sourcing/recruiting within a complex international environment. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Effectively managing and executing on several challenging priorities concurrently. -Positive and ¿can do¿ attitude. -Strong customer service and quality orientation. -Demonstrated professionalism and capability to deliver. -You are interested in working in a multicultural environment. -Highly skilled at networking in order to identify candidates. -The preferred candidate will be knowledgeable regarding recruitment processes, sourcing and selection techniques.
