(Oviedo) Funciones: The Procurement specialist will be giving support to the department on the following tasks: - Execute the buy process for low value and non-strategic goods; services - Create and maintain purchasing documents in Company"s systems. - Payment problems resolution. - Vendor Master Management: create, maintain and approve suppliers in Company"s systems. - Monitor and execute all transactions according to Company"s internal controls and policies. - Communicate and coordinate actions among all internal and external stake-holders to effectively assure supply of goods and services. - Administration and reporting as necessary (from internal systems and external sources). - Transactional system and process support to Company strategic buying team. - Liaison with regional and global buying teams. - Drive continuous improvement on the most efficient use of the appropriate sourcing tool. - SL consultancies in support of Businesses and functions Requisitos: Qualifications: - Advanced English and German - Bachelors degree - SAP knowledge desired / MS oFFICE Core competencies: * Good planning & organizing skills * Attention to detail * Team worker * Ability to work under pressure * Fast learner * Initiative * Can-do attitude * Networking; ability to effectively work with a wide variety of organizations and people * Flexibility to get rapidly adjusted to new situations in a continuous changing environment Contrato: Temporal Jornada: Completa Salario: 27.073€ al Año

Tuesday, 21 de January de 2025135(Carreño) Funciones: Main responsibilities: - Calculate and set Transfer Prices of intercompany transactions globally in compliance with the Transfer Pricing Policy and Guidelines. - Monitor Legal Entities results to ensure compliance with Transfer Price Policy and Guidelines and perform price adjustments if needed. - Maintain the Transfer Pricing systems and perform the analysis and the proper treatment of the financial information. - Run monthly Transfer Pricing Engine (TPE) closing process - Prepare monthly Transfer Pricing reports. - Support Tax Organization in all regions with Transfer Price documentation, particularly during tax audits. - Provide input and support to the Global TP Team searching for improvements to the process. - Ensure proper agreements are in place for all Legal Entities. - Participate in special projects (SAP Implementation, supply chain optimization, business integration/separation, etc.) -Support Tax Organization with project related tasks.
