Natural interest on technology and state-of-the-art ¿             Planning and organizing, Project Management experience ¿             Flexibility, e.g. in adapting to change, adopting new processes, changing work situations, handling of tasks Requisitos: REQUIREMENTS:   The following are required: ¿             Telecommunications or Computer Science Engineering Degree ¿             Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must ¿             Experience working in the support of critical IT operations, including hybrid manufacturing and service-center/offices environments ¿             Knowledge and experience in managing IT hardware inventory along the whole lifecycle and supported by specific tools ¿             Experience in deployment of massive infrastructure changes (operating system upgrading, hardware replacement)     The following are preferred: ¿             Hands-on experience and technical expertise in some of the following areas: networks, telecommunications, service support and delivery,  midrange, end user computing,  collaboration, SQLServer ¿             Office365 implementation experience, particularly Sharepoint apps, permissions management, Onedrive, Skype-for-Business ¿             Demonstrated capacity in dealing with heterogenous, geographically dispersed sites to support, and adaptability to local singularities  ¿             Exposition to Change Management requirements, including experience as trainer ¿             Experience in customizing and deploying formal multilanguage communications as official IT channel to the organization ¿             Experience in monitoring and managing SLA agreements with vendors/partners, including regular feedback, actions, reporting, etc. Formación: Ingeniero Superior: Ingeniero de Telecomunicación Idiomas: Inglés: B2 Conocimientos: , dominio excell Experiencia: 1 año Contrato: Temporal Jornada: Completa Salario: 22.700€ al Año
