(Oviedo) Funciones: -Designs, develops, delivers, analyzes and coordinates programs to deliver HR services to managers and employees; -Manages cases logged by HR customers and provides support in areas such as data management and reporting, compliance, vendor integration and transactional services; -Administers Terms & Conditions in accordance to policies - Manages employee benefits which includes TPV administration and processing of HR related invoices; -Manages New Hire administration processes, interacting with managers, recruiters, candidates and local HR colleagues; -Preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs, including correct calculation and execution of special payments to employees; -Balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces of payroll related data; -Manages Tax and Social Security declarations, payments and enquiries; -Collaborates in or leads projects related to improvements in advisor's area of expertise (on long term); -Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems (or requires deep skills in a single area). -Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish broader objectives. -Uses some discretion to modify work practices to improve efficiency; completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Requisitos: ¿ Proficiency in English. Other languages would be considered an asset ¿ One to two years proven relevant working experience in same position or equivalent ¿ Excellent research and problem-solving skills ¿ Flexible, capable to work under highly stress environment ¿ Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet rigid payroll processing deadlines ¿ Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame ¿ Proficient in a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Windows. (Gijón) Funciones: The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Supporting to monitor and execute payment related processes in accordance with company policies and procedures. Generating and analyzing global accounts payable reports, including cash outflow projections, aging reports and expenditure analysis. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, providing necessary reporting and support to the finance team. Reconciling accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Monitoring and managing vendor accounts, addressing inquiries and discrepancies promptly. Supporting internal and external audit requirements Effectively supervise outsourced service providers Contributing to develop and implement process improvements to streamline the accounts payable process and enhance efficiency. Requisitos: Requirements: Bachelor"s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Two of more years of experience on similar roles will be an advantage. Strong financial and analytical abilities. Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. Good understanding of computerized working environment and knowledge of SAP and MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx will be an advantage. Proficiency in English: excellent verbal and written communication to connect effectively with international vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members across all regions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Time management and organizational abilities. Experience in working in international, multicultural environments. Contrato: Temporal Jornada: Completa Salario: 25.541€ al Año
