(Carreño) Funciones: Tasks PY Advisor: Preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs.Balancing and review of all output: investigation and correction of errors associated with the auditing of local and international payroll data.Processing of payroll adjustments, garnishments and contributions.Preparation and processing payments.Communicates regularly and works closely with the HR Teams.Driving and facilitating interactions with third parties (local HR/Tax authorities/Financial institutions) Maintain payroll administration as required by company, audit and country regulations.Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific relevant legislation and regulations.Year-end activities as required, related to local and international payroll and reporting/ statisticsAnswers employee queries and resolves cases in cooperation with co-workers as appropriate Requisitos: Position requisites:Degree in Business Administration or HR.Advanced English and German  are a must , other languages would be considered an assetGood command of Office tools.SAP/Service Now/Workday knowledge is a plus.Attention to detail.Capability to work under pressure.Team worker.Ability to structure and prioritize work under high pressure and tight timelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive attitudeFlexibility Formación: Licenciado, Master, Grado Idiomas: , Alemán: C1 Conocimientos: , excel Experiencia: 1 año Contrato: Temporal Jornada: Completa Salario: 22.700€ al Año
