(Carreño) Funciones: Designs, develops, delivers, analyzes and coordinates programs to deliver HR services to managers and employees; Manages cases logged by HR customers and provides support in areas such as data management and reporting, compliance, vendor integration and transactional services; Administers Terms & Conditions in accordance to DuPont policies Manages employee benefits which includes TPV administration and processing of HR related invoices; Manages New Hire administration processes, interacting with managers, recruiters, candidates and local HR colleagues; Preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs, including correct calculation and execution of special payments to employees; Balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces of payroll related data; Manages Tax and Social Security declarations, payments and enquiries; Collaborates in or leads projects related to improvements in advisor"s area of expertise (on long term); Requires a broad understanding of the job and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures and systems (or requires deep skills in a single area). Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish broader objectives. Uses some discretion to modify work practices to improve efficiency; completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Requisitos: Proficiency in English and french. Other languages would be considered an asset One to two years proven relevant working experience in same position or equivalent Excellent research and problem-solving skills Flexible, capable to work under highly stress environment Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet rigid payroll¿processing deadlines Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame Proficient in a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel¿and PowerPoint for Windows.
