Detect and proactively escalate critical payments issues.Provide language translation support to the AP Team. Review and reconciliation of vendor statements. Support on the open RNB and vendor accounts reconciliations where languages are required.Ensure the foreign languages ticket resolution metrics are following the standard and agreed SLA.
